Christina Beck, MA, NBC-HWC

National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach | Integrative Nutrition Coach

Christina Beck is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and a Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego, and holds a master’s degree in psychology from San Diego State University.

With over 25 years of experience in Health and Human Services, Christina has worked extensively with individuals and teams to inspire meaningful change. As a social worker, she supported clients navigating complex and often high-stress circumstances, helping them achieve significant lifestyle transformations. Later, in senior management roles, she led and guided teams toward excellence in service delivery, staff development, and overall well-being.

Though always health conscious, Christina deepened her personal wellness journey by engaging in a functional wellness program, where she implemented meaningful lifestyle changes that continue to shape her approach to balanced living.

These experiences uniquely equip Christina to empower her clients—both individuals and groups—to achieve their health and wellness goals. She helps busy professionals cultivate work-life balance, build sustainable habits, and rediscover what well-being looks like in the context of a full and demanding life.

Drawing from her own personal wellness journey—balancing a busy career, raising a family, and managing stress—Christina guides clients in building individualized wellness toolkits rooted in self-discovery, intrinsic motivation, and core values. She empowers clients to simplify nutrition, integrate movement into daily routines, and optimize rest and recovery for improved mental health and resilience.
