Evidence-based practices show that the best results are achieved when we financially invest in something we value. To ensure health coaching is in reach for all budgets, we offer significantly reduced rates for “build your own groups.” If you host a group and gather friends and family to attend, you will be able to attend at zero cost. The more members (8 maximum) that you bring to a group, the lower the group rate will be for all participants.
